We Only Go Where High Potential Operators Are
We expand if and only if we find the right Operator.
The whole point is level you up to become a $5M Operator.
Our Locations
The big difference between big private equity vs. us: we never have to expand for expansion’s sake.
We set up Longview so we can only work with the select few people we truly believe in.

How We Select for the Best Operators
FAQs

We’ve been building in the industry for 10 years (In fact, we made our journey public in Restoration Millionaire). All along the journey, we came across a very special breed of people: high-potential operators who show top-decile level of intensity, unquestionable integrity, and coachability.
It’s damn frustrating to see the people get passed over because they don’t fit the mold. They’re the diamonds in the rough. They’re the ones that with the right coaching, right tools, and right amount of capital, they can run a $5M business.
Longview is our excuse to find a way to work with this rare breed of operators. There’s not many of them — but that’s ok. We want to work with only a handful of people who know in their gut that they were destined for more.

Every decade, a technology comes around to change how the game is played. In 2000’s, it was the software revolution. In 2010’s, it was the mobile revolution. In 2020’s, it is the agentic AI revolution. The ones who move fast and adopt get to “bring a machine gun to a knife fight”.
We’re bringing a machine gun to a knife fight. We’re building the first restoration company that delegates estimation, collections, accounting, and reporting to AI agents so that operators can focus on what they do best: helping their community get their homes back after a bad day.

1) Integrity. Doing the right thing when no one is looking. When we can count on each other’s integrity, we can trust each other as team mates. Trust allows an organization to move fast. Organizations that move fast have a shot at becoming the best in their field.
2) Coachability. When systems fail, it’s a joyous occasion because it tells us what we can improve and takes us one step closer to becoming the best. Leading with curiosity and asking “Tell me more” rather than leading with blame and asking “Tell me who” allows us to be the best.
3) Intensity. We like intense people — people who exhibit dedication to their craft, unyielding standard of excellence, and pain tolerance. You’ll find that everyone at Longview will bring the same A-game that only intense people recognize in each other.
4) Emotional Intelligence. Our vision requires us to go together as a team. Understanding both our workforce and our customers as humans is a must.
5) Bias towards Action. In business or in life, rarely do we have complete information. As an entrepreneurial-spirited organization, we must take action and constantly course correct.
6) Analytical Firepower. Your ability to consistently navigate from a messy problem to a correct actionable plan while listening to data will be critical in your journey to become a $5M Operator.
7) Community Beacon. At the end of the day, we serve our communities by helping them get their homes back. Our job revolves around servant leadership and helping people.

To determine if Longview Restoration Group is a fit: 1-3 months from initial conversation to close.
Then we go build the next Longview Restoration location together.

No, we are not a franchise. We believe in our operating system so much that we rather put our money where our mouth is. We don’t try to “recruit” people to give us money and sell them a territory, only to then take a royalty off the top. We operate each Longview location as ourselves.
This also means that our Operators do not need to bring any capital.
